The hotel is conveniently located near the underground train station and not far from the city center. However, the area outside of the hotel has limited restaurant options. The rooms are clean and comfortable with large bathrooms. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, while staff service is helpful and courteous. the hotel offers mini-refrigerators and roll-away cots for families.

There were complaints of cigarette smoke in random spots throughout the hallways from some non-adhering patrons, which was unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

If you are in a hurry, do not stop by the bar. Service is very very very slow. It takes around 20 to 30 minutes to get served.

Excellent breakfast variety with friendly staff ensuring a great start to the day. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city center. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Moscow.

I had an amazing experience staying at Holiday Inn during my recent visit. The hotel not only met my expectations in terms of excellent quality and standards but it was the staff who truly made a difference. From the friendly and efficient service of Katerina and Anastasia at the Front Office to the warm hospitality of Irina, Tatyana, and Dimitriy at the bar/restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. The smiles on their faces made me feel welcomed and valued. Hat off to the Holiday Inn staff and the wonderful Russian people!

The cleaning of the room floors was not up to par. Considering that it was winter and we had to take off our shoes upon entering the room, proper floor cleaning was essential.

The rooms at Holiday Inn Moscow Tagansky are totally my style! They have these amazing rain showers and standalone soaking tubs that make me feel like I'm at a luxurious spa. It's all about indulgence and comfort here, perfect for someone like me who wants a little bit of pampering during their stay.

The only thing I liked less was the workout studio. It's just not my thing, but I know others might enjoy it.

fat too expensive (220 €/night) for this hotel. It is more of a basic express hotel you see around the airport located far from the centre in the neighbourhood without any real facilities for fooreigners

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the location, as it was close to the metro station and located near the river side. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and attentive.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, right next to public transport and close to the metro, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff here were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle for making tea and coffee. The hotel had great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness centre. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!
